Hello! I'm Caitlin, a designer and educator deeply interested in how our relationships to ourselves, each other, and other living beings shape how we learn, change, grow, and commune.

I’ve worked in classrooms, offices, studios, and backyards, and am drawn to interdisciplinary projects that call for creative problem solving, systems thinking, and relationship building.

This has included:

I’ve had the privilege of living, learning, and working all around the world. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies from the University of Michigan, and have studied Arabic at the University of Cairo and Mandarin at Peking University. I hold certificates in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, Graphic Design, and Permaculture Design.

I’m currently working at Nashville Foodscapes and building an experimental human-reclamation project called Playing Attention. You can also find me volunteering at Jefferson Street Sound Museum and wandering Nashville’s scenic parks with my dog, Beans.

I love meeting new people and am open to projects and inquiries of all kinds.
