Logo, identity, and social design for a global leadership network.
WHATEmerging Leaders Project was a leadership incubator for conscious social change, supporting 300+ members across 34 countries at its height. The aim was to give emerging leaders worldwide tools and frameworks for personal and social transformation through courses, workshops, fellowships, contemplative dojos, and bi-weekly global community calls.

THE LOGO
The ask was to make ELP feel punchy, youthful, and confident. I explored several directions, annotated with my reasoning, and presented them to the core leadership team for final sign-off. The chosen logo's two hemispheres form a cyclical shape, connected by a center line linking inner work to outer impact. Its condensed, geometric wordmark lends a confident vibe without feeling sharp or corporate.

THE IDENTITYBeyond the logo, I helped translate ELP's brand into the digital experience members and prospective partners would actually encounter, from the website to community-facing materials.

SOCIAL DESIGNI also worked alongside the core leadership team to co-develop ELP’s mission, membership model, and community programming using Emergent Strategy and social design principles. These slides highlight:
  • Our core methodology: the belief that transformation has to move through personal, relational, and systemic levels together
  • How we thought about scale, from individual relationships to networks capable of shifting norms
  • Quotes from mentors and community members that helped shape our mission, vision, and methodology
  • How we planned the year ahead for potential investors and fiscal sponsors
